This furnished space was created to support your health and create a peaceful oasis. Sheets, blankets, towels all are organic cotton. Non-toxic soaps and cleaners are on site. There is a Multi-Pure water filter to ensure that you have access to clean, amazing water everyday. We have "beginning" supplies to help you get settled. You will replace with non toxic products as they run out. There is no smoking allowed on the property.

This is a very fun and active neighborhood, filled with walkers, runners and bikers. You are walking distance to wonderful restaurants, hospitals, super close to vibrant downtown St Pete, Rollin Oats, Publix, Fresh Market, Trader Joes & Crescent Lake Park which has a dog park. There is easy biking to North Bay Trail which leads you all along North Shore, Vinoy Park, all the way to downtown St Petersburg. Driving, you can be at our world class beaches in 12 minutes and you are minutes from I-275.

There is off street parking for 1 car, with easy on street parking for guests.

The cottage is available to rent for terms of either 3 or 6 months or an annual lease. All outdoor maintenance is taken care of for you.

Tenant to pay electric. Wifi and water included. If approved for a 3 month mid-term rental, property owner will hold utilities in their name. Rental term may be extended as needed with 30 day notice.

No Smoking on the property.
